At Muddy Mat, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed fashion items. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making it right through a quick exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original tags on the garments and pack them securely in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
